For growing groups

Too complex for Excel. Too practical for heavy enterprise.

Sumledger sits above existing ERP systems and gives the finance team one shared control layer.

Excel becomes the control point

Reporting becomes fragile when the group grows across companies, countries, currencies, and charts of accounts.

Numbers are spread out

Subsidiaries may use different ERP and accounting systems, while group finance needs one shared view.

Deviations need fast explanations

CFOs and controllers need to move from group level to company, account, and transaction without losing traceability.

Product

Control across companies, systems, and details

From automated data flow to reporting, eliminations, and Excel work with controlled numbers.

Integrations

Built for the multi-ERP reality

Sumledger connects to the systems subsidiaries already use. If yours is missing, get in touch.

Sumledger is a financial control layer for group finance. It sits above existing ERP and accounting systems and helps CFOs, controllers, and finance teams with reporting, consolidation, and control across companies, accounts, dimensions, and transactions.
Sumledger is built for groups that have outgrown Excel but do not need heavy traditional consolidation solutions. It is especially relevant for groups with several companies, often across countries, systems, and reporting requirements.
The goal is to connect Sumledger to the systems your companies already use, so numbers can flow in without manual export and copy-paste routines. Which data can be synced automatically depends on the system, integration, and setup.
Sumledger is designed for groups that need reporting across companies, currencies, and ownership structures. Specific needs for currency handling, eliminations, and ownership should be clarified during setup so the model reflects the group correctly.
Yes. Sumledger uses authenticated access, signed tokens and role-based permissions to control which users can see and work with each group and company. Access can be granted at group or company level, and technical operations such as integrations are separated from ordinary user access. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes, and production secrets are managed outside the codebase. We are happy to walk through data handling, access control and technical security measures as part of a procurement or onboarding process.
Yes. Sumledger supports reporting and analysis across group structure, companies, accounts, and dimensions where the underlying data is available. Teams can also keep Excel in the workflow when it is the most practical way to analyze or present numbers.
